Our dog chewed the corner off of our couch late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I texted pictures to Artzy, and heard back on Sunday with a very reasonable quote which included pick up and delivery. He picked it up on Monday, and we had it back on Wednesday looking as good as new! Great service, great workmanship, very nice people!

Fantastic upholsterer! I was able to get a quote via text, and had my couch cushion coverfixed promptly. When I managed to break the zipper getting the cushion into the cover a second time, they repaired it a second time and even replaced the entire zipper assembly free of charge! Kind, courteous, and professional throughout – highly recommend!!

I called several places who all told me they could not replace the support webbing on my metal framed leather chair. George was the only one who told me he could. I needed the armrest in my car reupholstered. So I called Artzy Kuztom not knowing if this was something they would specialize in or fix. Even though they specialize in furniture, the owner Mr. Jorge was nice enough to take a look at my problem to see if it was something they could repair. He went out of his way to fix my problem by reupholstering the armrest. This is something he did not have to do but him being the good and helpful person he is, he did. They picked up my sofa and oversized chair and refreshed it amazingly!!! They changed the cushions and made internal repairs that brought my furniture back to life.
